Free Online Tutoring for anyone that has a Pasquotank County Library Card! 

Students in grades 3rd - 12th can receive specialized one-to-one tutoring help in the areas of math and science. Drop-Off Algebra Help will allow students from 8th grade through college to submit their Algebra I and II questions to an expert tutor and get detailed step-by-step solutions for their problems within 24 hours. Skill Center Resource Library offers thousands of lessons, worksheets, study guides, and videos in the subject areas of English, Math, Science & Social Studies.  This service is also available in Spanish. Professional tutors are available online daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM through any internet-enabled computer or mobile device.

 abcmouse1   ABCmouse.com is an digital learning resource that is designed to help young children (ages 2 - 7+) build a strong foundation for academic success. ABCmouse has more than 4,000 interactive books, educational games, puzzles, and other learning activities. And it's free to use in the Pasquotank County Library!

     Beginning or professional genealogists can access Ancestry.com - the largest collection of family histories on the Web. Also includes U.S. census records, genealogy links, family trees, and printable family tree chart forms. You must use a library computer to access Ancestry.

cloudlibrary1  Cloud Library e-books can be read on an IPad, or IPhone, Android-based tablet or phone, or windows based computer.  nclivelogo Provides online access to articles (many full-text) from newspapers, magazines, journals, audiobooks, eBooks(including HomeGrown titles from North Carolina publishers), and a easy to use and effective tool for resume writing. NC Live also provides resources that can be used for homework help, job search assistance, auto repair, and much more. Use NC Live in your library or remotely by selecting East Albemarle Regional Library then entering your 14 digit library card number.
