How Do I Access My Account?

When you access your library account online, you can:

  • renew items that are not overdue,
  • place items on hold,
  • check due dates of items on loan,
  • check your fine balance,
  • see what titles you have on hold,
  • see where you are in the hold list,
  • and change your PIN.

To access your account, click on this link: My Account. You will need a PIN in order to reserve or renew items online, or to access resources like cloudLibrary and NCLIVE.

To set up or change your PIN:

  • Ask the librarian when you stop by your local branch. You will be required to show your library card or ID in order to set up a PIN. 
  • Call your local library branch. You will have to verify your account information in order to set up a PIN.
